Short description: Mākoņkalns, Hill Mākoņkalns, is situated not far from Lake Rāzna (249 m above the sea level) In year 1252 the Livonians built the first fortification in Latgale –Volkenberga castle. Now only some wall fragments can be seen there. One can enjoy a picturesque view of Lake Rāzna.
